KIRTAN (कीर्तन) | TO CALL
Kirtana (Sanskrit: कीर्तन; IAST: Kīrtana), also rendered as Kirtan or Keertan, is a Sanskrit word that means "narrating, reciting, telling, describing" of an idea or story, specifically in Indian religions.
It's also known as sankirtana and is used to describe a form of call-and-response chanting involving mantras or hymns. Kirtan is a tradition that originates in Indian religions, notably Sikhism, Buddhism and Vaishnavism. The chanting is carried out alongside instruments, such as cymbals, harmonium or drums.

https://www.artofliving.org/us-en/7-natural-ways-to-strengthen-and-stimulate-your-vagus-nerve-today
The vagus nerve is connected to your vocal cords and the muscles at the back of your throat. Singing, humming, and chanting can activate these muscles and stimulate your vagus nerve.
Research shows that chanting simple mantras like your favorite OM has a lot to do with the vagus nerve and that is why it has a soothing effect on our whole being. Chanting and singing produce slow, regular, and deep respiration. This may also explain the soothing and relaxing effects of Kirtan (Satsang) - an important element of Bhakti Yoga.

NIKKI MAGIC MEDITATIONS
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. This beautiful practice combines deep relaxation, affirmation, breathing, mindfulness, visualization and self-inquiry to body, mind, and spirit and finding a deeper connection to true health, healing, and peace of mind.
