Join Nikki for a 1day Nikki Magic Retreat, designed to help you to deeply relax, unplug, heal, re-imagine possibility, be inspired to dream and connect to your magic.
Join Nikki as she shares her everyday rituals to help you connect to your magic in sacred community to live a life with more meaning, purpose and overall well-being. This retreat is an opportunity to tune in with what lights you up inside, explore what you value and better understand who you are and how to reconnect with yourself, your MAGIC and the world around you.
Retreats are supportive and healing spaces to safely connect in with sacred community, tune in to your heart, holding space for possibility and unveiling our true magic. It is also where I feel most magical to teach... to share, to dream and to inspire!
1 day retreat at NIKKI MAGIC Country Home Retreat in Caledon, Ontario with healthy catered lunch, meditation, group circle, nature walk, yoga nidra, magical reiki, creative workshops and lots of love, rest and healing in sacred community.

Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. This beautiful practice combines deep relaxation, affirmation, breathing, mindfulness, visualization and self-inquiry to body, mind, and spirit and finding a deeper connection to true health, healing, and peace of mind.
