Together we will explore the themes of coherent balance, relationships, honest and compassionate communication to reveal inner truths and the importance of self-care to better engage with ourselves and the world around us.
Through the powerful practice of yoga nidra, we allow for a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness allowing the body and mind to enter a state of calm and rest, deep healing and new insights.
We invite you to come dressed in something cozy and easy to move in, and to bring along your journal for reflection.
