11-DAY

MAGIC HOUR

Summer Soltice

Sacred Rhythm of Everyday Ritual

Date: June 15-25, 2026

Time: 5:55am EDT (30min LIVE call with Nikki)

We begin the morning after the Super New Moon — a potent portal for intention setting and new beginnings — and journey together toward the Summer Solstice as we prepare to slow down, listen inward, and realign before Mercury Retrograde.

This special 11-day Summer Solstice edition of The Magic Hour is devoted to light, creativity, embodiment, devotion, and the sacred rhythm of everyday ritual.

Designed to help you reconnect to yourself beneath the noise of daily life, these mornings invite you to slow down, soften, awaken your creativity, and tend to what is ready to bloom within you this season.

Each morning weaves together meditation, breathwork, silence, intuitive movement, journaling, reflection, creativity, and daily intention setting.

Part guided, part self-led — allowing space for your own inner wisdom, creative practice, intuition, and personal rituals to gently emerge and deepen.

Together we gather in the quiet early morning light to create meaningful rhythms rooted in presence, beauty, aliveness, and inward connection.

A return to ritual.
A devotion to light.
A remembering of your own magic. ✨

JUNE THEME

SACRED RHYTHM OF EVERYDAY RITUAL

June Theme: Summer Soltice

listen → awaken → embody → shine

June carries a different kind of energy. A season of light, movement, blooming, and becoming. Yet beneath the fullness of summer, there is also an invitation: to slow down enough to stay connected to yourself as life expands around you.

We begin this journey in the energy just after the Super New Moon — a potent portal for intention setting, renewal, and planting what is ready to grow — and move together toward the Summer Solstice, a time of illumination, vitality, creativity, and embodied aliveness.

As we approach Mercury Retrograde, this practice also becomes an opportunity to pause before rushing ahead. To listen more carefully. To reconnect to your own rhythms, your body, your creativity, your truth, and the deeper wisdom beneath the noise of everyday life.

This 11-day journey is devoted to the art of personal ritual:
creating meaningful daily practices that help you stay grounded, inspired, and connected to yourself amidst the pace and stimulation of the world around you.

Rather than focusing on productivity or perfection, we’ll explore devotion — the quiet and transformative power of returning to yourself each day with presence, intention, care, and honesty.

Throughout the 11 days, you’ll be invited to choose a personal theme, creative practice, or inward devotion to walk alongside:
joy, creativity, movement, embodiment, rest, healing, sensuality, intuition, spaciousness, self-trust, expression, play, softness… or something quietly asking for your attention and light.

Not to force transformation —
but to gently create space for what is ready to bloom.

THEMES INCLUDE:

☀️ Tending the inner light
☀️ Reconnecting to creativity & aliveness
☀️ Living seasonally & intentionally
☀️ Clarifying what feels most true
☀️ Embodiment & listening to the body
☀️ Creating supportive rituals & rhythms
☀️ Devotion over perfection
☀️ Softening the nervous system
☀️ Intuitive expression & creative practice
☀️ Preparing inwardly before Mercury Retrograde
☀️ Welcoming the Summer Solstice with presence & intention

This makes Summer Solstice a beautiful backdrop for a Magic Hour practice — a space rooted in ritual, reflection, creativity, and gentle awakening.

A place to rise with the light.
To move at the pace of presence.
To nourish what matters most.
To create without force.
To listen without rushing.
To bloom in your own timing.

A return to yourself through ritual, creativity, devotion, and light. ✨

BENEFITS OF WAKING BEFORE 6AM

The Time Before 6am Is Called Brahma (Creation) Muhurta “the time of creation” — it is believed to be the most sacred and spiritually charged time of day, occurring roughly 1.5 hours before sunrise.

The Ayurvedic View on Waking Early (Before 6 AM)

  • In Ayurveda and yogic tradition, this is believed to be the ideal time for:

    • Meditation

    • Breathwork

    • Journaling

    • Intuitive connection or reflection

Why it matters: The mind is calm, the energy is pure, clear, light, and the distractions of the world haven’t yet begun. This makes it easier to access deeper levels of insight and clarity.

Waking After 6am Can Increase Kapha Energy

  • Kapha dosha dominates from 6:00am to 10:00am.

  • Kapha is heavy, slow, dense, and grounding. While these qualities can be good in moderation, waking up during or after the Kapha window can make you feel:

    • Groggy, Sluggish, Mentally dull or uninspired

Early Rising Supports Digestive Fire (Agni)

  • According to Ayurveda, your agni (digestive fire) is influenced by your circadian rhythms.

  • Waking early stimulates healthy elimination, improves digestion throughout the day, and aligns you with the body’s natural detoxification cycle.

TESTIMONIALS

Where were you — emotionally, mentally, or spiritually — before joining The Magic Hour?

  • I seem to be on a continuous journey of unlearning and relearning how to be in a better relationship with my mind, body heart, and spirit.

What shifted for you during the program?

  • My inner voice got clearer and louder when i got quieter in the Magic Hour rituals.

  • The gift of time for myself.

  • Establishing a healthful and heartFUL morning routine.

What truth or inner wisdom was revealed?

  • The Truth is - all i need to know is already inside of me.

  • Giving yourself permission to show up exactly the way that you are to feel what is needed to feel.

  • I am intuitive and that my quality of life depends on my perspective. I keep reflecting back on the idea of what am I choosing to focus on.

  • I need to go inside before I can go outside

  • Go slow. Be in rhythm with nature- we can’t always be in production mode.

How do you feel different now compared to when you began?

  • I feel calmer, more centered and my heart is tender. I feel the Magic within me.

  • My exhales are deeper- I’m consciously looking for spaces to soften- stillness and nesting.

What part of The Magic Hour experience surprised you the most?

  • How beautiful it is to start a day with intention and connection to the heart.

  • I love that when you are ready to receive the messages - they will find you.

What ritual, practice, or teaching created the biggest impact for you?

  • Inner resource, the heart pocket is magical. I feel safe there and i can visualize anything at this place, and after bring it to reality.

  • Free flow of writing - it was so freeing to let go of the ‘how should it be’ and just write!

What changes have you noticed in your daily life, morning rituals, or energy during our time together?

  • Soft energy, creativity is bloomming. Self-trust and worthiness are getting stronger.

  • My outlook on the day was more positive and mindful. Perhaps a greater sense of presence.

What moment felt the most meaningful or transformative?

  • The all 21 days of Magic Hour felt the most meaningful gift i can give to myself.

  • I had a hard time thinking about the magic or gifts that I had. It was suggested that I ask a few friends and seen how they responded to that in the words that they shared about myself was actually quite emotional. Often we focus on the spaces that were lacking, and it was really beautiful to have people see the light that you don’t see. It made me think that we should engage in that activity with each other more often. Healing.

What did you learn about yourself through this journey?

  • I am Magic, oh yes. ✨️

  • That you can hold two emotions at the same time. That experiences can be both gentle and hard.

What inner truth, wisdom, or magic did you reconnect with?

  • Inner truth is all my journeys led me to my heart, my HOME.

  • That I am a spiritual being having a human experience.  Be gentle.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining The Magic Hour?

  • Give yourself the most precious gift, join the Magic Hour 💖

  • I would say that if you want change, true change, then you need to do something that you’ve never done before. It’s a really beautiful and powerful thing for a group of women to come together in a space where you feel seen and heard. It is a space where heart and humanity connect. How beautiful is that.

What would you say Nikki's 'Magic' is - how has she had an impact on your life?

  • You create space(s) - whether physical, spiritual or otherwise that allows freedom, permission to recognize the power inside. Your magic is creating the space and then holding it with the person. Scary, joyful, surprising, enlightening, hilarious.

  • Ready to deliver real talk, big hugs and peals of laughter all in one sitting - to me this is being intuitive and knowing what people need.

  • How you taught me " When life gives you lemons, make lemonade".

  • You are a natural storyteller. You are able to organically use your story to teach bigger and deeper lesson.

  • You are a problem solver you are not intimidated by problems. In fact I’d even say you find joy in them. Any problem is not a negative. For you problems prompt curiosity, and investigation.

  • You are also an investigator.  You help people go deep into all the things. Curiosity gently guides people where they need to go.

  • You always show up. And you show up in the right ways. Your selflessness compassion and generosity knows how to be there for people. You give love and care, boundlessly.

  • Your generosity, intuition, kindness, bravery, energy, creativity, and humour.

  • You see the magic in everyone and everything. You ‘believe’ in people, you KNOW what they are capable of - to me this is a huge difference and I think it comes from your life experience and resilience and the inner work that you have done to tend to yourself with both self compassion and brutal honesty.

HOW TO PREPARE

This is your invitation to begin before the beginning — to create space, clear energy, and prepare for the Magic Hour.

CREATE YOUR SACRED SPACE

Choose a quiet, cozy spot where you can sit undisturbed each morning. You might include:

  • A candle, journal, pens/art supplies, blanket, or meaningful object

  • A cushion, yoga mat, or chair — whatever supports your body

  • Elements that feel calming or inspiring (plants, crystals, incense, etc.)

BRING A JOURNAL YOU LOVE

You’ll be guided through intentional journaling prompts each morning. Choose a notebook that feels special to you — this could be new or old.  I particularly love working in this notebook right now as I sometimes watercolour in it. You can also check out my favourite things link here.

PROTECT YOUR TIME

Prepare you space the night before so you can set your alarm for 5:45am EST and prepare for our live class together at 5:55am EST & 30mins of personal practice after as a non-negotiable date with yourself. Let others know this is sacred time. If you can’t join live, replay recordings at the same time each day to build rhythm.

SET YOURSELF UP FOR EASE

  • Check your tech (Zoom link, login info, charger)

  • Prepare headphones or speakers for a better listening experience

BE OPEN, READY FOR NEW POSSIBILITIES

This is a space for reflection, honesty, and soul alignment. You don’t need to be “ready” — just willing. Show up as you are. Let the ritual do the rest.

PRIORITIZE SLEEP LIKE SACRED SELF-CARE

Aim to be in bed by 9:30pm-10pm so your body has the deep rest it needs. According to Ayurveda and circadian science, the hours before midnight are the most regenerative for your nervous system, hormones, and clarity.

UNPLUG & DIM THE ENERGY

At least 60mins before bed, step away from screens and stimulation. Lower the lights, avoid scrolling, and invite stillness with:

  • A calming tea or warm magnesium drink

  • Journaling or gratitude reflection

  • Soft music or a wind-down playlist

  • A nourishing bath, gentle stretches, or breathwork

SACRED SLEEP PRACTICE

Rest is not a pause from the ritual — it is the ritual. Sleep is where your body restores, your dreams speak and your energy realigns. Going to sleep with intention is the beginning of your morning magic.

✨ Clear the clutter around your bed
✨ Clean out drawers or surfaces that feel energetically heavy
✨ Change your sheets — fresh, soft bedding welcomes deeper rest

Your sleeping space is sacred - this is where you rest.

ALARM CLOCK & UNPLUGGING

Place your phone in another room or away from your head on airplane mode. Consider purchasing an alarm clock and use this instead of using your phone - it can be a huge distraction if you don't know how to only use it as an alarm clock.
