4DAY NIKKI MAGIC BLOOM RETREAT
September 14th-17th, 2026
Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre
South Frontenac, Ontario
"Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes,
including you." - Anne Lamont
Join Nikki for a 4day Bloom Retreat at the incredible Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre in Eastern Ontario. A restorative retreat with sacred community that supports deep rest, reconnection to self, play and creativity in a healing environment. Unplug, heal, re-imagine possibility and be inspired to dream and connect to your magic.
Bloom is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember what becomes possible when we give ourselves the rare gift of being fully present. In this shared pause from the outside world, we create space for something deeper to bloom — presence, connection, and the quiet magic that emerges when we are truly here.

“Every soul innately yearns for stillness, for a space, a garden where we can till, sow, reap, and rest, and by doing so come to a deeper sense of self and our place in the universe. Silence is not an absence but a presence. Not an emptiness but repletion. A filling up.”
Anne D. LeClaire

Magic is our unconscious desire to alter our existing reality and expand beyond our current state to become a much grander expression of who we really are. Magic helps us believe that anything is possible - even the things that seem impossible or make no sense. Love can feel like that sometimes - impossible to explain & bigger than we every imagined possible.
This is how I feel about 'Retreats' - it is a place I find an immense amount of love, connected in sacred community, holding space for possibility and unveiling our true magic. It is also where I feel most magical to teach... to share, to dream and to inspire!
My wish is for you to come along and play with me...
I would love to be fully present with you, snuggle, laugh, cry, draw oracle cards, paint, pet furry cows and walk in the woods together. What do you say?
If it is a YES... a Whole Body YES... then say YES!
My ask: Do not wait until next time.
Trust me... we have created an incredible experience.

RETREAT INTEGRATION COMMITMENT
Part of the commitment to joining the retreat is allowing yourself time for integration both before and after the experience. We encourage you to consider arriving a little early to the surrounding area or staying a few days after to fully settle in and deepen the impact of the retreat. There are cabins available near Bloom and many beautiful hotels and accommodations in the surrounding area to support this. The retreat will begin Monday at 4:00pm and will conclude Thursday at 12:00pm. We strongly encourage spending the day — or even a night or two — after the retreat to gently integrate your experience.
30 DAYS OF INTEGRATION AFTER THE RETREAT
Bloom does not end when the retreat closes. For 30 days following our time together, we will continue in a shared group container where we will check in daily. This space offers support for reflection, integration, and gentle accountability as the insights from the experience begin to weave into your everyday life.
It’s a way to stay connected to the practices, the community, and the intentions you set during Bloom.
Research on habit formation shows that consistent practices repeated over several weeks begin to reshape our patterns and neural pathways. Our 30-day integration container is designed to support this window of change — allowing the seeds planted during the retreat to truly take root.
Let yourself be nourished with inspired community through deep connection, daily movement, creative workshops, time in nature and delicious, healthy meals.

UNPLUG COMMITMENT
Unplugging, Silence & Nervous System Reset
One of the most important agreements of this retreat is our commitment to unplugging from our phones for the duration of our time together.
At the beginning of the retreat, we will ask everyone to power down their phones and put them away for the duration of our time together. You are welcome to keep your phone with you or place phones in a shared container. The commitment is that it remains turned off and out of use until the retreat closes. This practice also includes electronic watches, smart watches, Oura rings, and other connected devices, allowing us to step fully away from digital input and the constant stream of information. If you rely on a device for medical or health-related reasons, of course please let us know and continue to use what you need to support your wellbeing.
Our nervous systems today are constantly being stimulated by notifications, messages, news, and social media. Even when we believe we are resting, our brains remain in a low-level state of alert — checking, anticipating, and responding. This continuous input keeps the nervous system activated and makes it much harder for the body to truly settle.
When we step away from our devices, the nervous system has the opportunity to move out of that constant stimulation and into a deeper state of regulation and rest. From this place, creativity opens, emotions process more easily, and genuine connection becomes possible.
During the retreat, you will also be invited into moments of daily silence (don’t worry — there will be plenty of time to connect and chat!). These quiet windows allow the mind to settle and the body to integrate what is unfolding. Many participants share that this combination of silence and unplugging becomes one of the most nourishing and transformative parts of the retreat.
Before arriving, everyone is asked to set a personal “Unplug Intention.” If you share your life with others — a partner, family, or children — it can be helpful to have a conversation before you leave about why this retreat is meaningful for you and that you will be intentionally disconnecting during your time away. Creating these clear conversations with our loved ones not only supports your ability to be fully present here, but also helps deepen the integration of the experience when you return home.
For peace of mind, if someone needs to reach you during the retreat, Nikki will have her phone available so your loved ones know how to reach you if truly needed.
Bloom is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember what becomes possible when we give ourselves the rare gift of being fully present. In this shared pause from the outside world, we create space for something deeper to bloom — presence, connection, and the quiet magic that emerges when we are truly here.
