Inner resource, the heart pocket is magical. I feel safe there and i can visualize anything at this place, and after bring it to reality.

What moment felt the most meaningful or transformative?
-
The all 21 days of Magic Hour felt the most meaningful gift i can give to myself.
-
I had a hard time thinking about the magic or gifts that I had. It was suggested that I ask a few friends and seen how they responded to that in the words that they shared about myself was actually quite emotional. Often we focus on the spaces that were lacking, and it was really beautiful to have people see the light that you don’t see. It made me think that we should engage in that activity with each other more often. Healing.
What did you learn about yourself through this journey?
-
I am Magic, oh yes. ✨️
-
That you can hold two emotions at the same time. That experiences can be both gentle and hard.
What inner truth, wisdom, or magic did you reconnect with?
-
Inner truth is all my journeys led me to my heart, my HOME.
-
That I am a spiritual being having a human experience. Be gentle.
What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining The Magic Hour?
-
Give yourself the most precious gift, join the Magic Hour 💖
-
I would say that if you want change, true change, then you need to do something that you’ve never done before. It’s a really beautiful and powerful thing for a group of women to come together in a space where you feel seen and heard. It is a space where heart and humanity connect. How beautiful is that.
What would you say Nikki's 'Magic' is - how has she had an impact on your life?
-
You create space(s) - whether physical, spiritual or otherwise that allows freedom, permission to recognize the power inside. Your magic is creating the space and then holding it with the person. Scary, joyful, surprising, enlightening, hilarious.
-
Ready to deliver real talk, big hugs and peals of laughter all in one sitting - to me this is being intuitive and knowing what people need.
-
How you taught me " When life gives you lemons, make lemonade".
-
You are a natural storyteller. You are able to organically use your story to teach bigger and deeper lesson.
-
You are a problem solver you are not intimidated by problems. In fact I’d even say you find joy in them. Any problem is not a negative. For you problems prompt curiosity, and investigation.
-
You are also an investigator. You help people go deep into all the things. Curiosity gently guides people where they need to go.
-
You always show up. And you show up in the right ways. Your selflessness compassion and generosity knows how to be there for people. You give love and care, boundlessly.
-
Your generosity, intuition, kindness, bravery, energy, creativity, and humour.
-
You see the magic in everyone and everything. You ‘believe’ in people, you KNOW what they are capable of - to me this is a huge difference and I think it comes from your life experience and resilience and the inner work that you have done to tend to yourself with both self compassion and brutal honesty.
MAY THEME
LISTENING BENEATH THE NOISE
May Theme: Listening Beneath the Noise
reflect → listen → express → integrate
May carries a quieter kind of energy. Not the urgency to become more… but the invitation to return inward and listen more deeply to create a centred expression of who you are becoming.
As the world around us becomes fuller, louder, and more active, this practice becomes an opportunity to slow down enough to hear yourself again — your body, your truth, your creativity, your longing, your inner knowing.
This 11-day journey is devoted to the art of personal practice:
creating small, meaningful rituals that help you stay connected to yourself amidst the noise of everyday life.
Rather than focusing on productivity or perfection, we’ll explore devotion — the quiet power of returning to something each day with presence, care, and intention.
Throughout the 11 days, you’ll be invited to choose a personal theme, creative practice, or inward devotion to walk alongside: writing, movement, stillness, art, rest, self-trust, joy, listening, healing, spaciousness… or something quietly asking for your attention.
Not to force transformation — but to gently create space for it.
THEMES INCLUDE:
-
Re-emerging after a season of reflection
-
Clarity around what truly matters
-
Choosing aligned direction (your yes and your no)
-
Mapping your weeks and season with intention
-
Creating supportive rhythm and structure
-
Taking gentle, aligned action
This makes Spring the perfect backdrop for a Magic Hour practice — something steady, intentional, and supportive. A space to take what you’ve uncovered and begin to live it. A place to map your season from the inside out. To move forward without pressure, to create without force, and to build a rhythm that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to you.
A place to dream without forcing, to listen without rushing, and to set intentions that feel honest, sustainable, and deeply aligned.

BENEFITS OF WAKING BEFORE 6AM
The Time Before 6am Is Called Brahma (Creation) Muhurta “the time of creation” — it is believed to be the most sacred and spiritually charged time of day, occurring roughly 1.5 hours before sunrise.
The Ayurvedic View on Waking Early (Before 6 AM)
-
In Ayurveda and yogic tradition, this is believed to be the ideal time for:
-
Meditation
-
Breathwork
-
Journaling
-
Intuitive connection or reflection
-
Why it matters: The mind is calm, the energy is pure, clear, light, and the distractions of the world haven’t yet begun. This makes it easier to access deeper levels of insight and clarity.
Waking After 6am Can Increase Kapha Energy
-
Kapha dosha dominates from 6:00am to 10:00am.
-
Kapha is heavy, slow, dense, and grounding. While these qualities can be good in moderation, waking up during or after the Kapha window can make you feel:
-
Groggy, Sluggish, Mentally dull or uninspired
-
Early Rising Supports Digestive Fire (Agni)
-
According to Ayurveda, your agni (digestive fire) is influenced by your circadian rhythms.
-
Waking early stimulates healthy elimination, improves digestion throughout the day, and aligns you with the body’s natural detoxification cycle.

HOW TO PREPARE
This is your invitation to begin before the beginning — to create space, clear energy, and prepare for the Magic Hour.
CREATE YOUR SACRED SPACE
Choose a quiet, cozy spot where you can sit undisturbed each morning. You might include:
-
A candle, journal, pens/art supplies, blanket, or meaningful object
-
A cushion, yoga mat, or chair — whatever supports your body
-
Elements that feel calming or inspiring (plants, crystals, incense, etc.)
BRING A JOURNAL YOU LOVE
You’ll be guided through intentional journaling prompts each morning. Choose a notebook that feels special to you — this could be new or old. I particularly love working in this notebook right now as I sometimes watercolour in it. You can also check out my favourite things link here.
PROTECT YOUR TIME
Prepare you space the night before so you can set your alarm for 5:45am EST and prepare for our live class together at 5:55am EST & 30mins of personal practice after as a non-negotiable date with yourself. Let others know this is sacred time. If you can’t join live, replay recordings at the same time each day to build rhythm.
SET YOURSELF UP FOR EASE
-
Check your tech (Zoom link, login info, charger)
-
Prepare headphones or speakers for a better listening experience
BE OPEN, READY FOR NEW POSSIBILITIES
This is a space for reflection, honesty, and soul alignment. You don’t need to be “ready” — just willing. Show up as you are. Let the ritual do the rest.
PRIORITIZE SLEEP LIKE SACRED SELF-CARE
Aim to be in bed by 9:30pm-10pm so your body has the deep rest it needs. According to Ayurveda and circadian science, the hours before midnight are the most regenerative for your nervous system, hormones, and clarity.
UNPLUG & DIM THE ENERGY
At least 60mins before bed, step away from screens and stimulation. Lower the lights, avoid scrolling, and invite stillness with:
-
A calming tea or warm magnesium drink
-
Journaling or gratitude reflection
-
Soft music or a wind-down playlist
-
A nourishing bath, gentle stretches, or breathwork
SACRED SLEEP PRACTICE
Rest is not a pause from the ritual — it is the ritual. Sleep is where your body restores, your dreams speak and your energy realigns. Going to sleep with intention is the beginning of your morning magic.
✨ Clear the clutter around your bed
✨ Clean out drawers or surfaces that feel energetically heavy
✨ Change your sheets — fresh, soft bedding welcomes deeper rest
Your sleeping space is sacred - this is where you rest.
ALARM CLOCK & UNPLUGGING
Place your phone in another room or away from your head on airplane mode. Consider purchasing an alarm clock and use this instead of using your phone - it can be a huge distraction if you don't know how to only use it as an alarm clock.
