THE MAGIC HOUR
✨The Magic Hour: Love Letter Series ✨
30min Morning Ritual + Love Letters
This December, Magic Hour becomes a month of love.
In each 30-minute class, we’ll move through the familiar Magic Hour flow — grounding guided meditation, breathwork, light movement, presence, connection — and then close with a beautiful new ritual: writing a love letter to someone.
Each week, we’ll choose a new recipient, guided by the theme of the class. These letters can be sent, saved, or simply offered to the heart written as private acts of love and gratitude.

THE MAGIC HOUR 30MIN RITUAL
✨LOVE LETTER Series with Nikki Magic✨
Who doesn't love a hand written love letter?
To me... there is no better gift.

Love and gratitude aren’t just feelings — they’re powerful practices that the body knows how to receive. When we focus on gratitude, our brains release dopamine and serotonin, boosting joy and calm. Love whether felt in connection with others, yourself, or even through the act of writing a heartfelt note activates oxytocin, the “bonding hormone,” which lowers stress, slows the heart rate, and reminds the body it’s safe to rest. Even simple gestures, like a hug, spark this cascade, leaving us calmer, happier, and more connected.
This class is an invitation to bring your love into words, movement, and presence, whether through writing a love letter from your heart, breathing into your heart space, or sending yourself and others an energetic hug.
Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or connection, this Magic Hour is a gentle pause — a chance to slow down, feel deeply, and nurture your heart.
No pressure. No perfection. Just presence, love, and gratitude.

Inner Resource Exercise (Heart Pocket or Happy Place)
Take a moment to bring to mind your Inner Resource (Heart Pocket or Happy Place) — a space inside you that feels safe, calm, and joyful. This is your personal Inner Resource, a place you can visit whenever you want to feel grounded, nurtured, or at ease.
Think about the people, places, activities, and experiences that make you feel:
-
Loved and connected
-
Calm and secure
-
Joyful and nourished
-
Rested and at ease
Use all your senses as you imagine it:
-
Sight: What do you see in this place?
-
Sound: What do you hear — voices, music, nature sounds?
-
Touch: How does it feel to sit, lie down, or move here?
-
Smell: Are there scents that make it comforting or happy?
-
Taste: Are there foods or drinks that bring warmth or joy?
Your Heart Pocket can be real or imaginary, filled with people, pets, memories, colours, objects, or sounds that make you feel at home in yourself.
With practice, you may find that you don’t need to visualize anything at all — you can simply evoke the feeling of ease, joy, and groundedness anytime you need it.
Daily Prompt: “Who or what would you invite into your Heart Pocket today?”
