Join Nikki + Maria for a nourishing restorative evening of deep connection and rest through the healing sacred circle, yoga nidra + hands on Reiki illuminated under the Full Moon.

Together we will explore the themes of reflection, communication and opening your mind to new ideas and possibilities through inward reflection, group sharing & journaling. This evening offers a reset for your spirit — you’ll leave feeling grounded in a sense of ease and belonging and your heart wide open to new beginnings and possibility.
Through the powerful practice of yoga nidra and hands on reiki healing, we allow for a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness allowing the body and mind to enter a state of calm and rest, deep healing and new insights. We invite you to come dressed in something cozy and easy to move in, and to bring along your journal for reflection.
