The early morning Thursday Morning Yoga Nidra Meditation & Creative Journaling with Nikki is an offering to all levels who would like to deepen their daily Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga Nidra & Journaling practice. It is a great opportunity to put these powerful daily ritual practices into direct experience in a safe, sacred and loving community.
Join Nikki as she shares her everyday rituals to help you 'reset' and connect to your magic to live a life with more meaning, purpose and overall well-being. This early morning program is an opportunity to tune in with what lights you up inside, explore what you value and better understand who you are and how to reconnect with yourself, your MAGIC and the world around you.

Cultivating your inner resource (happy place) is an exercise derived from the iRest Yoga Nidra tradition that involves creating a safe space within ourselves where we can always return even when things are difficult. It is a place of refuge within you where you feel safe, peaceful and at ease. bring to mind places, people, activities, and objects that make you feel secure, at ease, happy, nourished, and safe. This can also be an imaginary place.

Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. This beautiful practice combines deep relaxation, affirmation, breathing, mindfulness, visualization and self-inquiry to body, mind, and spirit and finding a deeper connection to true health, healing, and peace of mind.
