As I said on the call today, the NIKKI MAGIC Fall Program starts next week and there are a few spots still open! SETTING THE MOOD: EVENING BEFORE THE WORKSHOP
set your out of office reply on and notify your immediate friends/family and co-workers that you are 'unplugging' for your Workshop, maybe even the entire day!
plan your meals to create ease
have an early dinner and get to bed early
evening meditation/quiet time (Nikki guided meditations available below)
turn your phone on airplane mode

DAY OF WORKSHOP INVITATIONS
wake up early and keep your phone on airplane mode for morning/day so you can turn off any distractions
morning walk (invitation to move your body before we meet)
plan for workshop snacks, water, tea/coffee
plan ahead for lunch so you don't have to think about it after the workshop!
Be Present - please make sure to close all other windows during our time together!
consciously decide now what your integration plan is coming out of this workshop. Make the plan/set the intention of how you are going to create space to have time for reflection. Maybe you keep your phone on airplane mode for the day - maybe you plan a massage in the afternoon... Whatever it is - Be mindful and take note what sensations arise when you move back into the world after the workshop.

An invitation to do 1min meditation at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm
1min... bring intention to what you are doing for one minute and notice what thoughts and feelings are present for you. Just be. Breathe. Notice.
Unplug: Move the phone out of your bedroom/surroundings.
An invitation to leave your phone in the hallway outside of your bedroom to 'notice' the deep patterning that happens at a subconscious level so that we can start to become 'aware' of our external environments/conditions.
Legs Up Against the Wall @ 11:11am or 3:00pm
An invitation to do 1-5mins of Legs Up Against the Wall, breathing and tuning into your Inner Resource/Happy Place.
Add on: Drink 1-2 cups of warm water before.

Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. This beautiful practice combines deep relaxation, affirmation, breathing, mindfulness, visualization and self-inquiry to body, mind, and spirit and finding a deeper connection to true health, healing, and peace of mind.
